The program was specifically designed for third-year postgraduate surgical residents to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical clinical application.<\/p>\n\n\n<div id=\"metaslider-id-1285\" style=\"width: 100%;\" class=\"ml-slider-3-109-0 metaslider metaslider-flex metaslider-1285 ml-slider has-dots-nav ms-theme-default-base\" role=\"region\" aria-label=\"COPE 2026\" data-height=\"300\" data-width=\"700\">\n    <div id=\"metaslider_container_1285\">\n        <div id=\"metaslider_1285\">\n            <ul aria-live='off' class='slides'>\n            <\/ul>\n        <\/div>\n        \n    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>There were about 70 participants from 18 different institutions from all over the country, under Kathmandu University, Tribhuvan University, NAMS, PAHS and Pokhara Academy of Health Sciences.
